Buying tips

The world is expensive enough and hobby work is no exception. I have compiled this list because I myself have had to search hard for the right stuff for a low price. All help is welcome, so if you know something or have a question about something, please contact me.

Good to know:

  • All articles I mention here are those I use or have used myself and I do not recommend articles that I do not support.
  • As always, use your own common sense when purchasing referenced items and my opinion is just one of many.
  • All references are written on my own initiative and are my own opinion.

Since the list was getting a bit long, you can choose the category below.

Tips specifically aimed at 3D printing. I myself use a Bambulab X1c, but I am also familiar with various Ender models. Incidentally, many tips apply to 3D printing in general.

Hooked On Wood

It must be said that I bought some of the items mentioned here based on ChinaTools reviews from HookedOnWood.
Both via youtube and via his website you will find his reviews and direct links to those articles. So definitely take a look there too; and if you want to order something based on his reviews, do so via links on his site, so you also grant him the commission for his review work.
